Laura Rawlins,

Founder

Laura Rawlins has more than 20 years of experience helping clinics, families, educators, and healthcare and recreational professionals create meaningful change for those they serve. Prior to consulting she worked as a teacher, paraprofessional, vision therapist, respite care provider, RBT, BCaBA, lead BCBA, clinical supervisor and director. Laura obtained credentials and education in two different decades. This allowed her to deeply understand the development of Applied Behavior Analysis across a variety of settings and populations and organizational roles and clinical systems.

Through the years she has worked with a variety of diagonses including but not limited to Tourette’s, Angelman Syndrome, ADHD, Generalized Anxiety, Autism, Amblyopia and low vision, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, PDD-NOS, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Selective Mutism, Adjustment Disorder, and more.

 

Remaining curious, creative and collaborative, Laura’s goal is to design practical strategies that support meaningful, sustainable progress.
